A few days has passed and the customer called back and stated that the problem has came back. Adam was send back for an additional appointment, when he got there he light up the pilot once more and ask the client to monitor it for a few days, and if the same problem occurs then he will have to replace the whole gas valve. A few days passed, the client called back stating that the same problem has occurred once more. At witch point Adam returned to his house with a brand new gas valve, and replaced it.
