Air Conditioner HVAC Trane IPXO - not cooling - Repair in San Jose, CA.

A customer’s HVAC wasn’t cooling. The compressor would run for 10-20 seconds and then shut down. The pressure on the High Side was rising to 350PSI and the pressure switch would stop the power to compressor. The freon inside the system was not cooling. Since instead of the condenser coil in this unit the water was used to cool freon, at this point it was clear that the running water was not getting inside the system. The actuator that’s supposed to be letting the water inside the system, was not opening. After our technician replaced the actuator, the HVAC started cooling again.
