LG TROMM WM2277H washer doesnt work at all.

06.08.2016

Another customer's LG washer was not working. The technician checked the fuse on the control board and it was not showing conductivity so he tried to do a bypass of the fuse, but that did not work. The customer said that they've been overloading the washer from time to time. That could be the possible issue that caused the washer to stop working so the tech decided to try replacing the control board 6871ER1003C. After the tech changed the 6871ER1003C control board, the washer started working again. He started a wash cycle to confirm there were no other issues, but the washer drum started acting strange - first it started spinning way too fast, then it would stop, and start spinning very slowly first to one side, then to the other, and finally it stopped again and the LG TROMM WM2277HB motor started making a humming noise. The tech took out the motor and checked if the motor winding had 8Om resistance. Luckily, it did, which was a sign that it was fine. So the technician proceeded to checking the Hall sensor 6501KW2002A Washing Machine Rotor Position Sensor Assembly - it turned out it did not have the proper resistance. After the technician replaced the 6501KW2002A sensor, the motor started working properly and there were no other issues with the washer.

We are very satisfied the service.
Our washer stopped working on Sunday late morning. We called Sunny Appliance Repair and they could make the same-day appointment on the afternoon. Initially, they told us that the technician would arrive somewhere 3-5pm, but the technitian, Anthony called us later to inform the specific time he would be arriving so that we didn't have to wait around his arrival. Anthony was very kind and fixed the washer within 10 min of his arrival. We are very satisfied the service.

Bread Oven Nu-Vu UB-5/10 - won’t heat - Repair in San Jose, CA.

This customer’s Nu-Vu UB-5/10 Bread Oven stopped working. At first glance, everything seemed to be working fine, but with a more thorough check the tech noticed that the control board was not getting 208V power. He had to pull up the the whole power supply diagram before doing any further work. Once he was familiar with that, he started checking the wires and was finally able to find the disconnection and fix it. Most likely, one of the wires was simply defective.
