When the furnace was turned on, the blower motor would work for a few seconds, then stop, then turn back on after three seconds, shut off again, and so on. Our technician checked power when the fan motor was on - it was not continuous. This was an indication that power was not continuous from the white rodgers 50a50-241 control board so he decided to replace it. But after he replaced the white rodgers 50a50-241 for its analogue white rodgers 50A55-843, the problem remained. The tech tried switching the black power wire (high speed) of the blower motor with the orange one (medium-low speed). When he did that, the blower motor started working, but when he connected the black power wire back, the amana furnace blower motor 20046612s wasn’t working again. After the tech replaced the 20046612s motor for its new analogue, the Amana furnace guic140cx50 started working perfectly fine, and the customer was glad to have his furnace up and running again.

Double oven had an issue with lower bake element. It wouldn’t heat up to a certain temperature and newer goes above 200 degrees. When our technician checked the voltage coming to an element it showed 120 instead of necessary 220-240, which leaded to a control board relay board problem. We had to order a new power board and replace it in order to made it back to normal.
A couple of weeks before the customer detected the problem with her top-loading GE washer, there were repairs done on the cold water pipe-system. Dirt and mud from the pipes clogged up the hose filter, preventing normal water flow. That’s why the washer was filling so slowly.
