A restaurant owner called us for emergency help with his commercial restaurant freezer which stopped cooling the food properly. It was cooling sometimes, but then other times it was not. Once our technician started the diagnostic process, he found out that the condenser fan was overheated and therefore the compressor was overheated as well. And the cause of this issue a defective condenser fan motor. Once the condenser fan motor was replaced, the restaurant freezer F-23F-G started cooling properly and the business owner did not have to worry about hundreds of dollars worth of produce going bad.

Double oven had an issue with lower bake element. It wouldn’t heat up to a certain temperature and newer goes above 200 degrees. When our technician checked the voltage coming to an element it showed 120 instead of necessary 220-240, which leaded to a control board relay board problem. We had to order a new power board and replace it in order to made it back to normal.
A couple of weeks before the customer detected the problem with her top-loading GE washer, there were repairs done on the cold water pipe-system. Dirt and mud from the pipes clogged up the hose filter, preventing normal water flow. That’s why the washer was filling so slowly. Our tech cleaned the hoses and the washer started filling water perfectly.
The Samsung RF287AERS fridge was acting out, making noises and not keeping the food cold enough. During the diagnostic, our tech noticed that the defrost sensor was showing around 20MOhms when frozen. It was clear that the defrost sensor was defective and had to be replaced.
