A customer contacted us because his fridge was not cooling enough. During the initial check-up our technician was able to determine that the heating element was broken and was not warming up at all. After he replaced the WP200675 heating element, the refrigerator was back to defrosting normally again.
The Whirlpool Cabrio WTW6800WW1 washer was giving an F51 error code, which is an indicator for Rotor Position Sensor (Hall sensor) issues. After our technician replaced the sensor, the washer started working perfectly again
A customer dropped off his Sharp Carousel microwave at our Fremont office. He said it would keep heating up as long as the door was closed, and would just not turn off. Our technician checked all of the switches - they were working fine. The transformer was getting power from the control board, but on control board power relay for transformer was constantly short-circuited. Our tech re-soldered this relay on the control board and the Sharp Carousel microwave started working perfectly, shutting off and turning on when it was supposed to - it was ready to go back to its owner’s home.
